How Much % We Can Ask From Employer

Please provide your suggestions for below 2 scenarios. Assuming I get 65-75 hourly. I am planning to get my H1 transfer from Employer A to B or C.

Scenario 1: Employer B - Suppose I did marketing myself and got the client offer for 1 year with extension and also paid all the lawyer fee for H1 transfer myself to the Emp B. This guy has decent success in H1 say 80-90% with at least 50 guys. How much percentage we can ask from this Emp B?

Scenario 2: Employer C - Same as above but with extra work of finding a good lawyer myself as Emp C has no H1 filed yet and no employees as it is recently established. I will be the first FT guy and also first H1. How much we can ask from Emp C?
