H1B Amendment For Stamping Client Changed.

HI Friends

 

 I am planning to go for visa stamping and i changed my client location but Job responsibilities are same . Do i need to file amendment or updated LCA is good enough. My employer saying updated LCA is good enough as Job duties not changed. Please advise me. I am in consufion.

if you are going for stamping then its better to with amendment...... there are some cases which got rejected some queries ..... but also some ppl got visa too ... bu tmostly its advisable to have it amended for stamping

dabbulu vunte cheyinchuko ... as per rule ... yes you have to ..... but most of our folks dont do it as its not afforable ... but mostly before going for staming have it amended.
