macha Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 aithe prejym manchide antav....aithe adi try chestha c4 aipoyaka :D emaina tips cheppu mama strength peragataniki....ippudu rough ga 2000 calorie taking, 120-150 g protein, 270-300 g carbs, 35-50 g fat height 5'9" weight 161 lbs body fat 16% tips antey every day when ever you hit one group mucle try to increase number of reps to the previous day or increase weight ..... example monday u did chest flys of 40 lb and 10 reps next time when u do chest again increase it to 50lb with 8 reps or 30lbs with 16 reps...

Morning on workout days 1 scoop of whey as soon as I get up from bed 2. breakfast 5 egg whites and 1 full egg by 9 AM lopu… Around 10:30 ki greentea extract and l carnitine 3. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken around 11:00 AM 4. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of tilapia or balckbeans or kidney beans by 1:30 PM 5. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken by 4:30 PM Before workout I take greentea extract and l carnitine Workout time looo intraworkout shake (xtend) After workout 2 scoops of whey and 1 scoop of mono creatin 6. 100 grams of broccoli and 100 grams of asparagus 7. One scoop of casein. This remains same every day for me except cardio days la I don’t take supplements.

macha Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 y? on workout days you are breaking ur muscle tissues so to replenish them you need it but when rest days just cardio kada... so no need a day to rest ur body....from regular routine...
