Nellore Pedda reddy Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 tips antey every day when ever you hit one group mucle try to increase number of reps to the previous day or increase weight ..... example monday u did chest flys of 40 lb and 10 reps next time when u do chest again increase it to 50lb with 8 reps or 30lbs with 16 reps... nice bro....will do this :d
