Morning on workout days 1 scoop of whey as soon as I get up from bed 2. breakfast 5 egg whites and 1 full egg by 9 AM lopu… Around 10:30 ki greentea extract and l carnitine 3. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken around 11:00 AM 4. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of tilapia or balckbeans or kidney beans by 1:30 PM 5. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken by 4:30 PM Before workout I take greentea extract and l carnitine Workout time looo intraworkout shake (xtend) After workout 2 scoops of whey and 1 scoop of mono creatin 6. 100 grams of broccoli and 100 grams of asparagus 7. One scoop of casein. I take 3500-4000 on workout days (4 days) Protein: 25-50gms protein powder and bars + 150gms from food (3 meals daily steak, chicken, beef) Fat and carbs count cheyanu asalu...but prolly ill start counting them....body fat 12.6% last week check chesinappudu
