Wide push ups ippati varaku cheyaledu....just reg. pushups chesthunnnanu.....adi kudaaa 10 mins time frame lo 60 reps chesthunnanu.... Oka set lo 20 max ....other sets lo 10 - 12 push ups cheyagaluguthunnanu....I'm trying to cut down the time for push-ups.....but na valla kavatledu lol.......BTW thanks a lot for the suggestions mama..... One more tip ;) Try to avoid the area where they keep machines....Barbell and dumbbells will be your best friend for better shape... Slow ga machine meedha workouts thagginchey
