Flat bench press on machine chesthunnanu.....rite now...80lbs on each side......idi chesthunnagaa ani...inclined manesaaa.....lol.... Wide push ups ippati varaku cheyaledu....just reg. pushups chesthunnnanu.....adi kudaaa 10 mins time frame lo 60 reps chesthunnanu.... Oka set lo 20 max ....other sets lo 10 - 12 push ups cheyagaluguthunnanu....I'm trying to cut down the time for push-ups.....but na valla kavatledu lol.......BTW thanks a lot for the suggestions mama.....

 

One more tip ;)

 

Try to avoid the area where they keep machines....Barbell and dumbbells will be your best friend for better shape...

Django dhi chudu...Guarantee thaggutharu, if you follow this

 

food paranaga antey edi

1. Morning on workout days 1 scoop of whey as soon as I get up from bed

2. breakfast 5 egg whites and 1 full egg by 9 AM lopu…

Around 10:30 ki greentea extract and l carnitine

3. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken around 11:00 AM

4. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of tilapia or balckbeans or kidney beans by 1:30 PM

5. 100 grams of brownrice and 100 grams of chicken by 4:30 PM

Before workout I take greentea extract and l carnitine
Workout time looo intraworkout shake (xtend)
After workout 2 scoops of whey and 1 scoop of mono creatin

6. 100 grams of broccoli and 100 grams of asparagus

7. One scoop of casein.

This remains same every day for me except cardio days la I don’t take supplements.
