Nadhi lean body a uncle ala aytha....155lbs, 12% fat..Metabolism batti anthe... Nee body ki edhi suitable o adhi catch cheyali..... Yup less weights and more reps always better... But cardio, burpies lantivey thaggisthayi your weight...Search calisthenics workout (I do this once a week)

But cardio, burpies lantivey thaggisthayi your weight...Search calisthenics workout (I do this once a week) yeah...so motham chnage chesa..too much increase ayyakka..now i am feeling gud morning warm water lo honey n lemon milk and cereals banana 2 chapathis with curry.. 4 egg whites and 1 yellow coconut water watermelon\apple diet green tea.. work out 90 mins..10 mins cardio..after work out protein shake 2 chapathis with curry...cucumber :D
