Can we go to visa stamping in Tijuana,Mexico instead of Jamaica or Canada? This is my first tym stamping in H1B I am on H1B extension but okkasari kuda H1 midha stamping poledhu.My F1 stamped in india in 2008 aug..

Mexico lo change of status not entertained...even if you have an Extended h1 petition you dont have H1 visa stamped in ur passport so you come under the category of change of status from F1 to H1
