U.S lo foreign education evaluation chese standard govt body edhi correct ga ledhu. Many are eligible to do and they do with their own interpretation. Even some professors do it. Okkakadu okko vidham ga isthaaru. Naaku thelisina info prakaram USCIS vaadu.. American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) ane vaadi education evaluation follow avuthaadu anta. So send your docs to them and get them evaluated before applying.  Baa, I am not legal immigration lawyer. Just edho naaku thelisina info giving.
