H1B Rfe- Right To Control By Employer

Veedu oka pedda 4 page RFE pampichadu.. To prove employee-employer relationship that employer(petitioner) has right to control over benificiary.

 

Employer------->vendor--------->End client

 

Work location off site at the end client ( just as many of us work where employer never have contacts with the client still able to make money....De nemma jeevitham)

 

Chances of getting client letter is very less. Vendor will give the letter about the client work, location and no right to control and also any aggreements or contracts b/w client about my work.
