Evarina face chesara ee situation ni Helpppppp bhayya ne RFE deni meeda CPT aa or other than CPT meeda???? asalu nee present job tho H1 ki no relation, just manam money kosam CPT thesukoni job chestham(nu job cheykuda kuda F1 meeda undhi previous masters tho H1 file cheyochu ).....USCIS needs a valid Visa status for you to be in USA(here it is F1) So CPT meeda padithea, show docs about it, leka pothea show necessary docs. Ippudu CPT leka pothea adhea cheppu, no CPT now and not working, because H1 is about future employment let me know, if it helps Quote
