Get affidavits from ur formar colleagues/manager.

They can provide on a paper and need to list contact details and signature it. Keep ur form16 & pay statements.

This is proven method.

 

 

this is another option if you cant get the experience letter from your previous employer...

 

if even this is not possible or you want an easier method, create it yourself if the company is desi small company....it doesnt matter....
