One of my friend got RFE its been 10 days he submitted the status changed to Request for Evidence Response Review what does it means and how many days it will take for premium processing    

 

 we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our veeerrrrmooonnnttt  location

10-14 days for sure including holidays ....expect something on 2-4 days

if it is premium proc...it might take another week for the decision to come out

He got RFE again still don't know what RFE is about, now an other question his OPT expired, Visa expired too he is still working on cap gap, Can he work untill he get results for this 2nd RFE or stop working and join a university suggestions plzzz
