"If there is a denied change of status in which USCIS has rendered you not to be in status, the rule requires that you should go to your home country (or country of last residence) to obtain a stamp." H1 approved bt COS denied ... nadi Hyd consulate ani undi .. bt it's not mandatory .. .adi default ga ala istadu ani ma lawyer chepadu .. you can go to any consulate to get stamped ... ATB Quote
