The record collections improved the confidence on the film. However, the collections dropped as the general audience felt it is copy of lot of previous films like Dhookudu, Pokiri etc. Refreshing films at box office like 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde' gave a very strong competition to Baadshah. Also, the support from Nandamuri fans is half-hearted. Lot of them are not sure whether he is part of the family or not due to recent comments from Balakrishna. Overall the film is an average flick...lol.1q
