Seniors, please help... naa H1 2013 lo 3 yrs padindhi ms quota lo(naaku rfe padindhi kaani forprofit rfe padaledhu,so 2 yrs vachindhi)..ft ga work chesthunna company perm aindhi i140 start chestha ani annaru...but prasthutham unna situation lo for profit queries padthunnai kada, i140 processing lo kuda expect cheyyocha ee queries? evaraina 2013 lo stratford nunchi h1 approve aina vaallu gc processing start chesara? emaina issues face chesara? koncham mee suggestions ivvandi...appreciate your help in advance..

h1 ke kastam aindi andariki i140 ki no problem man. so no worries

nadi kuda same position, h1 masters kota lo approve ayindi 2013 lo. epudu fulltime offer vachindi h1 transfer petukunte emanaa problem avacha. please give some inputs. evarina recent ga h1 transfer chesukunara.

Bhayyalu...Revisiting this thread..please let me know what to do in below situation-

 

"Lets say I've started I140 with my current employer(fulltime) and in worst case scenario, univ related RFE laantivi emanna padithe, can we have the case defended by personal attorney(3rd party attorney)...is he eligible to come into the picture during mid case processing and defend the applciation even if the processing is started by employer attorney?..."
