actually andariki oka plan set avvadu bhaiyya... u'll knw as u do it , but ideal ga see that u take atleast 1g protein per 1lb of ur body weight ..... 5 days workout routine pettuko and 2 days rest( very important ) ... tondaraga muscle peruguthadi if u keep up to the plan

podhunna gudlu thinu.... four eggs thinu... madhyanam tofu/chicken/fish tho rice or sandwich  thinu... evening gym chesochi protein powder tho milkshake thagu.... night beans thinu along with quinoa or brown rice..... beans ante chala rakalu untai.... black/pinto/chickpeas/lentils/

workout emundhi... muscle build ki weights etthu.... weights etthemundhu lite ga cardio chei oka 20 mins...... pedha ga plan eskoni chese antha range lo chestha ante online untai konni websites lo plans.... naku antha detailed ga thelavadhu.... nenu just cardio chestha.... no muscle training

yeah kani initial ga trainer undali bhaiyya.. atleast for a month ... workout plan unna kaani there is a high chance that ppl wont do it using the actual technique while lifting weights , ila chesthe muscle growth uneven or improper ga avthadi ,oka sari proper technique telisaka u will be able to make ur own plan....
