macha Posted September 3, 2014 Report Posted September 3, 2014 manishivena saami nuvvu... 1 time complete chesthene 6 pack lu vasthunayi....niku enni packs vachesayii ekada machaa.... last month varaku inlaw and next week parents vastaru... inkaa naa dite kii bokaaa... gataa 3montha laaa 20 pounds put on....inkaaa parents vasteyy ouinchukolenu....but strength and muscle gain matram baga iendi....body tone side tires 2 undedi... ipudu kastaa avilevu...but trying hard to loose that front tummy....
