Need help please....

 

H1 visa approved for 3 years from ABC consultancy for client A in location ohio.

 

Now even before H1 starts contract finished, But luckily got a job from the same ABC consultancy for client B in chicago.

 

What should i do now?

 

1. Just apply LCA for chicago or do i need an amendment?

 

2. If i need ammendment, will there be any effect on my H1?

nadi kuda same to same... H1b Approve ayaka location/client change ayindi.....Primevendor same... kani H1B amendment cheyinchukovali and LCA also...even USCIS lo kuda chadiva...cheyinchukovali anadu....

if you are here in usa then ,,,, go with lca and while going for stamping do amendment .. but kocham risk factor vuntundhi nee luck batti audit patithe anthe .... ledhu ante mostly its not an issue as mos to them dont get them done ... oka vela india nichi vastunavu ante then make the amendment done before you take a move from there ...
