I have completed my 1st Masters in a public (accredited) university. I'm doing 2nd masters in an Unaccredited University. I missed H1 in 2013, and now i applied again in 2014, but got an RFE regarding my current university. - A detailed statement from the beneficiary that explains his educational or professional objective, understanding that University is an Unaccredited academic institution.
