H1B Extension... Client Letter Importance... Need Help Friends...

"H1B Extension ivvataniki Client Letter is of utmost importance.... ani nenu anukuntunna, because without proper proof that he is working at X client and Y location, USCIS cannot take any step as it lacks proof that he is working in USA and might not need an extension" is my understanding.

 

What are the main things they would look at? Employer says, RFE is common #/{- and we can deal with it :3D_Smiles: by working with the attorney and then submit your documentation, so that it would be approved.

 

When mentioned, I am under E-V-V-C model ?Employee-Vendor-Vendor -Client

 

What are the chances that extension would be approved, without RFE's

I did not have client letter. My vendor letter mentioned that "due to confidentiality reasons, "Prime Vendor" will not provide statement of work and "Client" will not issue any letter"

My employer filed it in regular 3 months before expiry and changed it to premium after 1 month. Mine got approved for 3 years.
