Need Advice On H1B Extension Rfe

Hi Friends

Need advice on my case here

My H1 expired on 09/30/2014 (I94 expired on same date)

Model: EVC

We filed for H1b Extension 3 months back in Regular processing. Got an RFE on 3 weeks back. RFE was about employer details (Quiarterly Wage Report, Business Licenses, Company Profile, Federal Income Taxes for 2012)

Replied to RFE within a week and changed the process to Premium Processing (Need to change since our state was not extending DL without original H1B approval letter)

2 days back, we got a 2nd RFE from USCIS. This time asking some of the details as below
Amendment information - (We did not do H1B amendment when i changed the client from PA to CA) - Big concern about this
We did LCA ammendment
Client, Vendor and Employer letters with more details about work and date - We can provide this
Asking to submit the documents again regarding my status which we submitted before
LCA deatils - Concern here.. Was asking about why my Wage Level was not increased from Wage Level 1 based on my experience and qualification

Looks like we have a slim chances of getting approval.

We will be replying to RFE within a week. Any suggestions? Do i have any back up plans?

Why amendment

Did anything change from your employer like your wage and designation?

Me too on the same boat... Changed from MD to CA, never thought Amendment was required in my case, as my position and designation remain unaffected....

Can someone tell when we go for Amendment?? Is it applicable even when for changing contracts

Sorry to hear this..ne position change ainapudu why didnt they increase the salary?

2) Applied for H1 transfer through my consultancies sister company on Oct 2nd week.
3) Received RFE for my H1 trsnsfer.
3) Replied to RFE on Dec 2nd week.
4) H1 transfer got approved on Dec 3rd week.
5) Sent response for my H1 ext on 10/23
6) H1 extension was approved on 01/02/2015.

So i am out of troubles for now.

Just sharing my experience, might be helpful to others.

Initially i lost all hopes, 4 months of tension, irritation etc.

thanks for the info man...  i have simillar tension i have not ammended the H1b and have extension due.. i had argued with my employer and they never agreed to ammend the h1b saying it is as risky as not applying.... 

 

so it is fifty fifty man.. these days... uscis decided to screw us big time and they are very stringent about every rule in rule book....

lite tesuko epudu em file cheykandi ......okvela adgithe chudandi..location change ayithe LCA apply cheyali...employer change ayithe ney Amednmenty needed...bcoz client doesnt hold ur h1...its ur employer who holds it

Yes, both got approved.

Salaray not increased ante - Daaniki.. my pay in w2 is more ani choopinchinchaam
Amendment ki - LCA amment chesaam ani cheppam.. H1 ammendment not needed as this is extension of same job ani cheppam (Got lucky anthe..)

not correct.  under section 4 .1 beneficiary name lo client peru vuntudhi. If he changes you have ti update it. Even stamping ki vellinppudu if the vo pattukunte ninnu ventane change chesko mani 221g vestadu..
