Remakes of Kannada films are working well for Sivaji. His films Adirindayya Chandram and Sandade Sandadi were the remakes of Kannada hit films. Both these films turned out to be money spinners for the producers. He is currently acting in a film titled Taj Mahal. The Kannada version of this film celebrated 150 days in 21 direct centers and it is one of the huge blockbusters in the history of Karnataka. Sivaji is also turning producer with this movie. Taj Mahal is going to be a pleasant love story with a different screenplay. Shooting of this movie is nearing completion.
