Guys,

 

Employer teared the first half of the form part-1  of 1 and mailed me the remaining lower half and part-2 of 2 of I-797 original receipt.

 

Is it normal for any of the employer to do it or am i missing anything here.

No its Not Normal.. Its illegal to to tear it of..Demand the other half...
