I am on Tier 1 Visa which states that i can only take up Contract jobs not permanent. and i don't need any sponsor

If yu r are Tier -1 ayithe u can go fo any jobs,

if you are on Tier-2 , then u cant take up permenant jobs, unloess u got sponsorship from Company.
