I don't understand why people commented are excisted and aroused about the news..the hidden agenda and background is nothing but expanding thier business and sucking out incetives and free land from government (which ever part of the world it may be)..There is lot of lobbying and business interests involved..It is just like a bank calling you and saying we want to help you to build your house (by offering a home loan)..It is really not a investment or help..but with with hidden agenda and LOT of riders involved..

 

I NOT gainst Japan investing in Capital ..but just my thoughts on the context !
