Nellore Pedda reddy Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 protien ,nenu evening time workout chaestha...adae oka 600 calories untadhi...2 portions...before n after workout..!! carbs...nenu rice assalu tinannu..mostly avoid chaestha...mostly fibre,citrus unna food thinta mostly(kind of healthy carbs)...!! atleast a gallon water with lemon in it...!! ante 150 g protein aa, for whole day? brown rice tinochemo kada...nenu roju lunch ki ade thinta any preworkout, post-workout supplements/caps?
