1. present BC tesukovochaaa? if yes ekkada tesukovali?, i mean naa Birth place corporation area, and present my parents staying in rural area?
2. affidavits edho tesukovali annaruu. emina example format vundhaa? oka 2 weeks loo ind velthunnaa , ee panalu finish complete cheddhamani anukuntunna
3.) BC & Affididavits rendu kavala?
4.)BC maa ammama valla gramam loo tesukovochaa? ippudu need ithee even maa dad vallu vere chota vunna

I submitted a BC which was taken at a later date and recd a RFE to prove my birth. 

I submitted an affidavit taken from my mother/father/uncle along with 10th,11th,12th Marks Memo and India Driving License copy which has my fathers name on it.
