Not all who are current will get visa number.. (Before EO scenario) visa number ki EAD ki sambandham ledhu.. finger prints lo clear aithey u will get EAD..
tom bhayya Posted November 17, 2014 Report Posted November 17, 2014 i think in the process of approving ur I-485 this EAD and AP COMES INTO Place ..daane ee circumstances lo use chestharo istharo i dont know but when there are no GC numbers available uscis option isthundhi to use EAD & AP...andhuke adjustment of status antaru anukunta...like if u really need to start working for the GC petitioner considering u dont want to renew ur h1..u can use EAD.....and EAD lo 6 months kanna processing time daatithe u' can use AC21 to switch jobs while ur gc process in still in progress once current ayyaka they will process..enni days ante em idea ledhu....the longer it takes..... quite possible with India....... EAD and AP application is optional and its up to the individual..
