Technical ga athie, it should identify you...because nuvu nee ssn,address and card details isthav ga based on that before you make first txn, it will ask you few questions to identity you...only if it identifies you, you send upto 2999 per txn.else daily limit is 600.

Even western union works that way, in fact, I think all most all service provider try to identify you, based processing...

Customer service can do nothinh to bypass this issue...experience tho telling...

hmm..bhaya..not sure why it is charging  you 10$...i have been using this service for a while now and never had any issue...

 

infact, RIA or WU online txn,issues vasthe customer service mostly cannot fix and all they say was "that's system issue and they cannot do anything on that " 

 

if you do not mind, which bank debit card it is??i used boa and chase....
