I try a lot to not think of but at the end of day i sit idle and does not want to do anything

If you dont feel like doing anything, then just go to a park and stroll around. Enjoy the people around you. talk to them. make some friends

Dude, there is no sense is what you are saying. Depression ani doctor ki cheppoda. Adola chustara. Asalu mathi undi matladthunnava. Neelanti valla narrow minded thinking valle a lot of people dont go to psychiatrist/doctor, velthe vallaki mental ani antar ani.

if it is an incident, time will heal it

 

or else alochana vachinappudu vere topic gurinchi mind divert cheskotame.. its hard but thats the only way.. mind ni preoccupied ga vadileste mind will get the better of you.. diversion is the best way.. even I am having similar issues..
