donganaaK Posted January 9, 2015 Report Posted January 9, 2015 Its palio Diet.. only NV thinali and cheese and fat foods with no Carbs and startch im actually on a diet everyday .... so i mainly eat grilled chicken , but once in 10days or something i take a break and eat whatever i want ... I'm lean so i shouldnt stay away from calories totally ,So, i include a few calories and just a little fat in my diet everyday...
