donganaaK Posted January 11, 2015 Report Posted January 11, 2015 midlevel exp guys n most expierenced employees lekapothe ela vuntado neeku oka example septha vinu... patni systems...they won project from B&C industries USA inc for 7 years by showing lot of resourcces....their management team does not have expierence for multi billion dollar company onboard...so they took 3 yrs just to make blue prints and to make ready infrastructure..then another one year to get the project kick start...so B&C frustrated and audited patni by visiting their pune hyd campuses...finally they gave proj to capgemini... ok sounds reasonable..... but ee discussion lo ki idi enduku vachindi .... be it watever the level , the company just fires them if they dont need them kada .... i'm not really getting whats so hard to understand abt this simple point ...
mukunda1 Posted January 11, 2015 Author Report Posted January 11, 2015 may be kadhu,,, its very wrong... its like insulting your commitment levels to company ... and donn think that rating genuine istharu ani... managers ni soap vesevallaki favourism ekkuva in indian companies like infy, tcs etc... so the rating itself is a big JOKE and personal ga theeskokunda ela vuntaru man... there z no respect being shown and no proper logic... and rating based ante evariakina kopam peak levels kelludhi bUddy dude will not understand employees emotionally...he is better to watch some FORD executives or GMR executives or GVK executives interviews....

If some one is expecting the company to be fair to them in all aspects then i'd call them foolish , thats it ...
Darshwana Posted January 11, 2015 Report Posted January 11, 2015 i never worked in india, but caste kuda plays some role ani vinna on site ki pampadam lo and firings appudu india kadhu man criteria... indians... !!! couple of years back oka manager ni chusanu... maharastrian brahmin vaadu... vadu onsite ki bekar vedhavini pattukochadu... vadu same from maharastra and his community and manager licker... offshore vallu picha thitlu thitukunevaru vadiki mukka kuda radhu ani.. offshore vallu chepparu naku okasari... when they questioned about this licker... manager said "I am your manager .. i decide if a resource has to work for entire day or sit free entire day.... if i wish i can get one out of the company... i make the decisions... not others" anta ... vadu from infy ...
