donganaaK Posted January 11, 2015 Report Posted January 11, 2015 Acutally company does not have to explain the reason why they are firing ....we sign a document while joining....so HR gallu cheppalsina pani cedu yeah i forgot abt that point man .... the lady tried her best to make the HR guys talk shitt , so that she can get back at them later .... but clearly those guys are very well trained to tackle situations like these ..... also , its a highly unethical behaviour if u record a converstaion without the other persons consent ... she doesnt have even a tiny bit of my sympathy ....
