Dont listen to many false people hear- Keeping a trainer would be the best descion. i am also fat and did excercise for 4 long years on own max reduced 5 lbs but me little lazy person kept trainer for six months and i reduced 30 lbs. Every week 60 and so 240 per month. - Cant we practically afford $8 per day for our health. now after i stopped trainer never saw Gym again and looks like many health problems are attacking me.
