very inspiring man... thats the reason why Im thinking about the trainer... I think I can afford 8$ per day for my health.... thanks man

 

 

Dont listen to many false people hear- 

 

Keeping a trainer would be the best descion. i am also fat and did excercise for 4 long years on own max reduced 5 lbs

 

but me little lazy person kept trainer for six months and  i reduced 30 lbs.

 

Every week 60 and so 240 per month. - Cant we practically afford $8 per day for our health. 

 

now after i stopped trainer never saw Gym again and looks like many health problems are attacking me.

food main e man but problem is... if you start taking good food now.. it takes 2-3 years to get in good shape with out excercise... see "Fat, Sick and Nearly dead" on Netflix....

 

ade food+ excercise unte we'll get in shape quickly and avoid many other health issues... once i start training.. after 4 weeks i will post the food i took and how trainer helped me....
