perugu_vada Posted January 21, 2015 Report Posted January 21, 2015 contract em undadu but vadu cheppindi endante... ikkada sessions teskovachu but I recommend a programme... edo 4 ssessions nu teskunte neku vachedi em undadu... 12 months program tesko.. slow ga ne lift style change itadi... fitness anedi ne daily routine ipotadi.. 1-6 weeks basics meda concentrate chedam.... 6 to 12 weeks konchem advance training ista.. annattu told... gym ki roju vellali ani zeal unte definite ga veltham, kadu ala vellataniki badhakistha, need some pushup like having a trainer antava go with it Nothing is important than taking care of one's health

I think I can afford 8$ per day for my health.... thanks man Dont listen to many false people hear- Keeping a trainer would be the best descion. i am also fat and did excercise for 4 long years on own max reduced 5 lbs but me little lazy person kept trainer for six months and i reduced 30 lbs. Every week 60 and so 240 per month. - Cant we practically afford $8 per day for our health. now after i stopped trainer never saw Gym again and looks like many health problems are attacking me.
