He tried his best for the electoral reforms. He succeeded to some extent. Who ever was ruling at the centre, he tried his best to infuse his ideas into the ruling to have the better society....be it through the national advisory council, national rural health mission or administrative reforms commission.... Some of them are not even known to the public. He did contribute for many social reforms. I am sure that he can do a lot better than those jaffa jagans.Go ..look at his previous history you will understand. Btw, he didn't just use the funds efficiently as a district collector. He contributed in many ways. be it through the co-operative societies or social reforms .. kukatpally lo last time chance echaru kadha em chesadu? most growing part of the city he should have utilized the opportunity effectively
