Help needed,

 

My situation. 

 

Working with MNC "ABC". Visa interview March 1st week.

 

Main Point.. Due to budget the project is getting over by March 31st.

 

So this ABC is sending me to Interview but not project. 

 

In this case can I travel to US after my Visa interview is done without ABC sending me. Once I land in US I want to transfer my H1.

 

ABC will not be knowing if I am travelling or not as I am WFH for ABC past 6mnts

 

Please let me know the Risks associated with this. 

 

I am taking this risk, as I got stuck in India for the last 6mnts with ABC bocz of false promises. 

 

My background..  MASTERS 3 years H1 over. I am in 4th year of H1.
