Your Mother should also do the same above with the Notary.. Mother's Notary will carry more weight rather than Fathers.. TIme pass ki mamayya leda uncle di kuda notary chesestey padi untadi.. Total you require 2 notaries.. mainly Mother..

Legal process : Apply for Non Avaialability of Birth Certificate in your local Muncipality.. Then that will be sent by muncipal officer to court.. they will send it to RDO.. RDO people will come to your home will ask your whereabouts and then they will issue a Birth Certificate. 2nd process: this is a big business in AP & TG now.. Catch hold of a good Broker or someone working in Muncipality.. Pay them money they will get it done.. ETA will be 15 days to 3 months based on how strongly you know people up the ladder
