USCIS will accept secondary Proof as 10th inter certificates or TC's... but you need to have one Primary Proof.. First of all go online and check Local muncipality Website.. plug in your name and yours dad name and your DOB.. see if there is any record.. adi chesaka next process start..

Legal process : Apply for Non Avaialability of Birth Certificate in your local Muncipality.. Then that will be sent by muncipal officer to court.. they will send it to RDO.. RDO people will come to your home will ask your whereabouts and then they will issue a Birth Certificate. 2nd process: this is a big business in AP & TG now.. Catch hold of a good Broker or someone working in Muncipality.. Pay them money they will get it done.. ETA will be 15 days to 3 months based on how strongly you know people up the ladder My bad legally they will send to MRO office and not RDO.. Sorry
