Job Change- Gc Question

He worked as FT in client 'A'  earlier and he got I-140 approved. Now he changed to client B but the labor hasnt started yet. Now he is planning to change to 'C'. 

 

can he move to new client without any issues

 

Incase Client B GC process start cheste labour process lo undaga move avvacha client C ki
