always_happy116 Posted April 21, 2015 Report Posted April 21, 2015 when you buy a stock at $9.00.. you can put STOP LOSS at $8.55 if you want to sell the stock at that price with loss.. Then It automatically sells when it reaches $8.55 to minimize the losses. you no need to track it just put stop loss and forget

STOP LIMIT - Stop + Limit Order... Ur Order will be Sold once it Reaches dat Price but within the Limits u specified .. If no one buys within dat Limit, Order gets Cancelled. Brokerage Firms charge more for dis and usually less chances of Order Exexution.
