Chiranjeevi caught between relatives and party

The PRP president Chiranjeevi who is successfully touring the North Andhra regions in support of Polavaram project is now virtually caught between his family and the party members over the Rajya Sabha seat.

There are two contenders for the RS seat i.e C. Ramachandraiah and Chiru's brother in law Allu Aravind.

Both are lobbying with Chiranjeevi for the Rajya Sabha seat. Incidentally right now the PRP does not have the enough strength to win the seat but with the support of either few members from the Congress the party is hoping to win atleast one RS seat.

And now for this one seat too, there is competition between Ramachandraiah and Allu Aravind. Chiranjeevi is afraid that in case he selects Allu Aravind over Ramachandraiah, this would send a wrong signal to the entire PRP leaders that Chiranjeevi is more interested to promote his family rather than the party.

One has to see whether he will select Allu Aravind who is his relative or others.
