UNITED99 Posted March 17, 2015 Report Share Posted March 17, 2015 estart chicken curry.. so far one of my best simple recipe 1. chicken breast ni medium size cubes lo cut chesi fry cheyyii until it turns brown , half cook -- high heat 2.oil lo onions vesi pink vache varaku saute cheyyii medium heat 3. add coriander powder , curry powder, and koncham turmeric koncham salt and koncham red chilli powder oka tea spoon of water vesi bhaaga mix cheyyiii oka 10 min medium heat 4. based on chicken quantity koncham curd and tomato puree step 3 lo unna mixture ki add cheyyii oka 15 min wait cheyyiii ( home made , dont use tins taste bhaagodhu) medium heat 5. koncham garam masala vesi inkoka 5 min wait cheyyii.. medium heat 6. step 1 unna chicken add cheyyi to step 5 mixture ( taste cheyyi if u feel anything to add like salt or spice then add 7 half cup water vesi 20 min medium heat lo pettu until chicken cooks completely 8.
