H1B Extension General (Csc) Pending For 180 Days

My employer has applied or H1B extension in last October (CSC received it on Oct 2nd). No updates so far. Normally how long does it take to process in normal processing? 

Naku oka FTE offer vachindhi, but vallu 2 weeks time icharu, 2 weeks lo H1B extension approve itey teesukuntamu lekapotey lite annaru. So, I asked my employer to upgrade it for PP. But, its going to take another week. 

 

Any guess what would be the reason for pending more than 180 days without RFE?

Ask them to apply for H1 transfer based on existing documents ba, no problem it will get approved!

New employer told me that they can't transfer H1B while it is pending status. I forgot to mention that my existing H1B was expired on 12/24/2014.

Yes, employer valla immigration attorney tho matladinchadu. They clearly told me that they can't transfer as my current H1B was expired and extension is pending.

nenu visa kosam chestunapudu....i used to hear options about h1 application too. petetion number adigi cheptaru. I never tried..but give it a try.

yes exactly you are right..their main concern is why it is taking that much time without RFE...they asked it too many times.
