katharnak Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 Telugu film industry recently saw few remakes – Pandu Rangadu, Maro Charithra etc. Now it seems that there is going to be a remake that will put all the remakes aside!We hear that producer C.Kalyan, is planning a remake of the yester year cult classic – Paatala Bhairavi, with Jr. NTR. The age old film elevated NTR’s status as a great actor and also set a new trend for films made in its format. It was directed by K Venkata Reddy and made under the famous Vijaya Movies banner.C.Kalyan is known for his films like Chandamama, Avunu Valliddaru Ishtapaddaru. If his idea takes shape, it will be a great to see Jr.NTR, doing the role of his namesake grandfather.
