when you are eligible H4 EAD, why do you want to spend money on H1 man ?

H1 em avvadu bro, I have lot of people with Masters here in US and they had issues with their Univ accreditation but valla H1s em revoke avvaledu as far as I know

 

If you have some other issues, then its a different story altogether.
