Indian buffet lo ichinaa okkate iyyakapoyinaa okkatte endhukante antha desi a kadha evvadu pattinchukodu.... they knw TIP raaadhu ani... so lite theeuskuntaaaru andhuke when u compare desi restaurant and any other restaurant chaala difference untundhii like the ambience , neatnesss, table cleanliness and service... ela chesinaaa thintaaaru le emi kaaadhu elago TIP kuda iyyaru mana istam vachinattu serve cheskovaachu , restaurant neat ga petti naa pettakapiyinaa okkate ani...coz american workers evvaru raaaru to work in desi restaurants coz TIP undaaavu anii also mana vaaalu ela save chesdham ani prathi okka corner nunchi alochisthaaamu... I hardly go desi restaurants , intlo haayegaa chesukovachu mana food... If I go I always TIP 15% no matter how Im satisfied with food

Usually just water and plates .. I always pay at counter for buffet and I feel no need to pay for buffet

As long as you are not regular customer they will not treat you high
