Its not anything new buddy.....nenu project marinapudalla New LCA teestanu....actual rule prakaram u have to amend every time you change project, Kakapotey every time amendment ante manaki vasipoddi.....so stamping ki velletapudu matram 100% mandatory amendment. This is fact which I know from long time.....
