Regional may be but not caste feelings because warangal has always been the epi center of any revolution name it radicals, naxals, telangana etc. It has lot of student unions ans they very emotional and posses revolutionary attitude. Also regional conflicts are more limited to campus than someone outside snubbing you for no reason.
